Fast Track PMO

A case study of how Trinity University went from zero project management to a formalized process in about one year. Discussed will be our definition and criteria of a project, challenges experienced prior to a formalized project management & governance process, charter development, creating and maintaining a project repository and other tools used to optimize project performance. Additionally, I will explain the methodology we used to gain executive buy in and support and how we are now aligning every project to our overall university strategic plan.
