Bucknell University has successfully released their new cloud-based HR, Finance and Payroll ERP in April 2018. Their cross-functional team achieved more than delivering an effective conclusion to their enterprise project. The project experienced victories and opportunities along the journey from an entrenched on-campus system to a SAS solution, from a distinct roster of functional areas to a congruent team of colleagues, and from individual processes to a routine cadence of updates and improvements to serve the campus. They will share the lessons learned and how they are being integrated into daily operations.
